PURPOSE: A water purification apparatus is provided to adjust the operation time of a sterilization unit by detecting the water quality of processed water using a conducting system, and to improve the recovery efficiency of the processed water. CONSTITUTION: A water purification apparatus includes an underground water inflow unit(10), a contamination removal unit(20), a purification unit(30), a sterilization unit(40), and a storage unit(50). The purification unit filters underground water passed through the contamination removal unit using the reverse osmosis. The sterilization unit sterilizes the underground water passed through the purification unit. The storage unit stores the underground water passed through the sterilization unit. The contamination removal unit contains a microfilter. A manometer(621) is installed on a second transfer pipe(62) connecting the contamination removal unit to the purification unit, and a conducting system(631) is installed on a third transfer pipe(63) connecting the purification unit and the sterilization unit.
