PURPOSE: An efficient control information transmitting method for supporting uplink multiple antenna transmission and a device thereof are provided to supply accurate and efficient operation for the uplink multiple antenna transmission. CONSTITUTION: An efficient control information transmitting method for supporting uplink multiple antenna transmission includes a base station device(1110). The base station device includes a receiving module(1111), a transmitting module(1112), and a processor(1113). The receiving module receives an uplink signal. The transmitting module transmits a downlink signal. The processor controls a base station including the receiving module and the transmitting module. The processor receives a plurality of data blocks from a terminal through the receiving module. The processor transmits ACK/NACK information about the data blocks to a terminal through a physical HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat request) indicator channel and a physical control format indicator channel. The processor receives an uplink from the terminal through the transmitting module based on a combination of information indicated by an indicator and the ACK/NACK information.
