PURPOSE: A healthy food composition for improving amnesia is provided to enhance blood circulation, smoothly provide oxygen to the brain, clean cerebral blood vessels, and strengthen circulation to clean the blood of cerebral blood vessels. CONSTITUTION: A healthy food composition for improving amnesia comprises two or more of alfalfa, broccoli, pine rootlets, and pine nuts. The extract of the mixture comprises each of 0.001-10 weight% according to the total composition weight. The composition of mixture according to a dried weight are 1-40 weight% of alfalfa, 1-40 weight% of broccoli, 1-40 weight% of pine rootlets, and 1-40 weight% of pine nuts. The healthy food composition may be in a form of one or more of a pill, granules, a soft capsule, a hard capsule, syrup, a beverage, a soft extract, a dry extract, a double boiled liquid, and an extracted double boiled liquid. The extract may be extracted by water, organic solvent, or a mixture thereof. The organic solvent may be an alcoholic solvent of carbon number 1-4. The organic solvent may be one or more of methanol, ethanol, propyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, glycerine propylene glycol, and butylene glycol.
