The device has double U-shaped profiles (4) formed of a T-shaped upper profile (5) and an L-shaped lower profile (6). The upper profile comprises wings forming upper branches (5-1, 5-2) receiving edges of upper face (2-1) of composite panels (1) and skylight (10) and a core-forming part of bases (7-1, 7-2). The lower profile includes a side forming a lower branch (6-1) receiving edges of lower face (2-2) of the panels and other side (6-2) sliding in a deep groove (8) formed along and between the bases of the upper profile. A screw (11) attaches the profiles enclosing and parclosing the edges.
