PURPOSE: Eco-friendly culture equipment for sea cucumber using waste shells is provided to effectively create optimized condition for growing sea cucumber. CONSTITUTION: Eco-friendly culture equipment for sea cucumber using waste shells comprises: a plurality of structures(110,120) mounted on the bottom of the sea in predetermined intervals; an interval control rod for controlling the interval between the structures; and one or more horizontal kites(140) which are connected to the structures. The horizontal kites have a rope fixed at a ring of the lateral portion of the structure and a plurality of waste shells.
