PURPOSE: A treating apparatus for snoring and sleep apnea is provided to minimize the inconvenience when mounted in a mouth and to improve user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A treating apparatus for snoring and sleep apnea comprises an airway-expanding stimulation unit(10) which is attached into a mouth, a mouth-mounting unit(20) which is mounted to at least one of the upper jaw or the lower jaw of a user, and a magnet material(30) which is attached to the mouth-mounting unit. The airway-expanding stimulation unit is a metal body. The airway-expanding stimulation unit is transplanted into a tongue by a metal wire body which can be attached to the magnet.
