PURPOSE: A micro-reactor, a producing method thereof, and a gas-liquid mixture reaction method using thereof are provided to consecutively perform a series of reaction, and to make the re-cycling reaction possible. CONSTITUTION: A micro-reactor includes an upper layer channel, a lower layer channel, and a gas transmitting film installed in between the channels. A coating layer coated with a chemical resistance material is located on the inner surface of the channels. The chemical resistance material is selected from polyvinylsilazane, polycarbosilane, polyethylene glycol, tetraethyl orthosilicate, or a transparent fluoropolymer. The gas transmitting film is produced by one material selected from: a ceramic transmitting film formed of polydimethylsiloxane, fluoropolymers, gore sheets, alumina, zirconia, titania, and silicon carbide; and a metallic material containing anodic aluminum oxide. |
