The structure has a headlight assembly (41) placed at front side of a vehicle. A handlebar protector (31) includes a locking portion of a handle bar (67) placed in a central lower portion of a rear surface (66). The handle bar protector comprises a meter protector (70) intended to cover a portion of a peripheral side of an opening of a meter. The meter protector includes front end (73) set close to upper end of the headlight assembly and lower end (74) extends until a position in which the meter protector covers the locking portion of the handle bar.
