<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and accurately predicting a tensile rigidity distribution of a metal panel, capable of obtaining a tensile rigidity distribution, an accretion occurrence distribution, and an accretion occurrence load distribution. <P>SOLUTION: The method for predicting a tensile rigidity distribution of a metal panel includes the steps of: dividing the surface of a metal panel after press molding into N regions; calculating the relationship between deviation and load when an indenter is pressed against the surface of the metal panel in each region by a finite element method; assuming that accretion occurs at a load when a rigidity defined by (load increment/deviation increment) becomes first a fixed ratio or less (including 0) to an initial rigidity; and obtaining a tensile rigidity distribution of the metal panel, an accretion occurrence distribution, and an accretion occurrence load distribution, where N is an integer depending on the size of the metal panel and the initial rigidity is the gradient of a curve in the vicinity of a deviation 0 in a deviation-load curve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
