<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing surface coating composition capable of providing more simply a laminated polyester resin film having more excellent weatherability than heretofore. <P>SOLUTION: The curing surface coating composition contains a thermoplastic polyester resin and/or an acryl resin having a hydroxyl group, an organic polyisocyanate compound, and a titanium dioxide, wherein the titanium dioxide has average particle diameter of 0.5 to 1.5 μm.
