<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw detector by a direct contact method for certainly supplying water to a probe so that air bubbles do not enter the water. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detector by a direct contact method is equipped with: a water supply part consisting of a water supply hose, a mounting cap which fetches supplied water from the water supply hose inside, and a cap for water supply which forms a water reservoir part for temporarily reserving the supplied water, and a space part for separating air bubbles in the supplied water of the water reservoir part between the cap for water supply and the mounting cap; and a probe which directly contacts an analyte, transmits ultrasonic waves, and receives reflected waves from the analyte, in which the water supply part is attachably/detachably integrated with the probe, and water is supplied immediately above the probe through a groove or hole provided in the cap for water supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
