<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a load circuit capable of uniformizing heat generation of MOSFETs connected in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: Two MOSFETs (Q1) and (Q2) are arranged in parallel in a load circuit connecting between a power supply and a load. Control is performed so that the respective MOSFETs (Q1) and (Q2) are turned on and off alternately. As a result, because a current flows only in any one of the respective MOSFETs (Q1) and (Q2), an offset error detected by current sensors 12 and 22 is only any one offset error, and therefore, high-accurate current detection can be possible. Accordingly, at the performance of control for breaking the circuit when a current flowing in the load becomes an overcurrent, high-accurate breaking control can be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
