<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium alloy, particularly having uniform composition and suitable for near-net-shape in its hydrogenation, and hydrogenated titanium alloy powders capable of inexpensively producing the titanium alloy. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a titanium alloy hydride containing hydrogen of ≥3.9% and having the half value width in the vicinity of 2θ=35° in X-ray powder diffractometry of ≤0.85°. The titanium alloy hydride can be produced by reacting the titanium alloy with hydrogen gas at 1 atm (100 kPa) to 3.5 atm (350 kPa) at a furnace temperature of 500-770°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
