<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path member capable of suppressing variation in a working pressure of a valve element, a liquid jetting head suppressing variations in liquid discharge speed or weight of discharged liquid droplet by using the same, and a liquid jetting device. <P>SOLUTION: This flow path member includes: a pressure chamber 53 formed by sealing an opening of a groove-like flow path 51 constituting a part of a liquid flow path by a film 60; a valve element 90 opening and closing the liquid flow path in communication with the pressure chamber 53; and a pressure receiving member 80 pressed by the film 60 displaced to the pressure chamber 53 side by a negative pressure of the pressure chamber 53 and capable of pressing the valve element 90 in a direction for causing the valve element to be a valve-opening shape body.
