<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercritical cycle which can not only set the design pressure of equipment after an intermediate pressure receiver at a lower side to reduce manufacturing cost but also reduce the thickness of each equipment to improve performance correspondingly, and a heat pump hot-water supplier using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The supercritical cycle with a refrigerant circuit 21 configured by connecting a compressor 9, a radiator 11, a first electronic expansion valve 12, an intermediate pressure receiver 13, second electronic expansion valves 16A and 16B, and evaporators 17A and 17B in this order with pipes is provided with a pressure sensor 34 which detects an intermediate pressure on the downstream side of the first electronic expansion valve 12 and a control means 35 which prohibits open-direction control by the first electronic expansion valve 12 so long as the detected value of the pressure sensor 34 satisfies a predetermined intermediate pressure condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
