PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content display support system for supporting display of content with easy operations in remote display of content.

SOLUTION: In a content display support system, a presentation material reproduced by a projector 300A (S1 and S2) is captured by a camera 400 (S6), and the captured image and position information identifying the position and direction of the camera are acquired by an MFP (Multi-Functional Peripheral) 100 (S7). The captured image is delivered from the MFP and a server 600 to a projector 300B, while the position information is transmitted from the projector 300B to a portable terminal 200B in a transferable form (S8-S10). The portable terminal 200B acquires the position information of the camera (S12 and S13), transmits the position information to the server 800 to request tag data from the server (S14). If the position information falls in a predefined range, the server 800 transmits the tag data to the portable terminal 200B (S15).
