PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire pixel data with sufficient accuracy when extracting a specific type of pixel data from among pieces of frame data.

SOLUTION: A system control part 110 supplies frame data in a raster scan form. A system control part 110 supplies a data enable signal showing the valid/invalid state of each pixel data in the frame data at the same time. A line buffer 120 holds the pixel data included in the frame data sequentially. A valid data detection part 130 detects a valid data section of the frame data on the basis of the data enable signal. A comparison part 140 compares the valid data section detected by the valid data detection part 130 with a predesignated display size. A pixel data acquisition part 150 acquires the pixel data from the line buffer 120 on the basis of a comparison result of the comparison part 140.
