HEAT-RESISTANT DOUBLE-SIDED METAL LAMINATED PLATE, HEAT-RESISTANT TRANSPARENT FILM USING THE SAME, AND HEAT-RESISTANT TRANSPARENT CIRCUIT BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat-resistant double-sided metal laminated plate having metal layers on both sides of a polyimide film, having superior adhesiveness to metal, in which there is no change in dimensions even during soldering work, and in which there is less change in dimensions even during etching of the metal layers.

SOLUTION: The heat-resistant double-sided metal laminate is obtained by preparing two laminates including: a metal foil; a first layer obtained by coating a block polyamic acid imide solution containing a specific block polyamic acid imide and a solvent over the metal foil and heating and drying the same; and a second layer obtained by coating a polyamic acid solution containing a specific polyamic acid and a solvent over the first layer and heating and drying the same. The two layers are made to face each other and are applied with thermo-compression bonding at 250-300°C.
