<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation apparatus allowing efficient cultivation of plants from seeds or seedlings indoors by simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The plant cultivation apparatus 200 includes a tray supporter 201 installed for supporting each cultivation tray 202 for planting the seeds or seedlings of the plants V so as to freely take out and insert the cultivation tray. The tray supporter 201 is a carrying pedestal for supporting the cultivation tray 202 in such a state that the cultivation tray is carried, and formed into the shape of a table extending in a horizontal direction. The top surface of the tray supporter 201 is provided with a heating part 203. A top plate 206 is supported through supporting columns 205 in the lateral face of the tray supporter 201. The top plate 206 is provided with an artificial light source part 207. The artificial light source part 207 is formed of a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) emitting red light and blue light toward the planting surface of the cultivation tray 202.
