<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize reproduction time even when reproduction control such as "frame feed" or "frame return" is performed in the case of simultaneously displaying different stored images of a plurality of frame rates. <P>SOLUTION: An image display processing apparatus for updating and displaying frame images from a plurality of network camera devices at almost the same timing includes an acquisition means for acquiring a frame image of the second network camera device together with a frame image of the first network camera device which is to be newly displayed on the basis of the photographing time of the frame image of the first network camera device which is acquired so as to be newly displayed and a display processing means for updating and displaying the frame images of the first and second network camera devices which are acquired by the acquisition means so as to be newly displayed on a display means at almost the same timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
