The rail assembly (1) has a storage line (2) for supplying high-pressure fuel, to which several injector brackets (3) are integrally connected. The injectors (5) are connected with storage line through respective injector brackets. The storage line is formed by two conductive pipes (9,10) which are fluidly connected via a line connection element (11) that connects a receiving portion of one conductive pipe with a plug-in section of another conductive pipe. The plug-in section is sealed with receiving portion by a radially acting sealing element.
