A low-invasive percutaneous interspinousφspacer, designed for insertion into the interspinous space (I) to change the distance between two adjacent spinous processes (S1, S2) to a predetermined maximum value, comprises spacing means (2) adapted for insertion into the interspinous space (I) and having an adjustable transverse dimension (dmax). The spacing means (2) include a substantially cylindrical central guide member (3), which is adapted for insertion into the interspinous space (I) and a plurality of substantially tubular expander elements (4-7), having differentiated and progressively increasing outer diameters (φe4,7). The expander elements (4-7) are adapted to be selectively and slideably fitted onto the guide member (3) for progressively increasing the maximum transverse dimension (dmax) of the spacing means (2) to the predetermined maximum interspinous distance value (D).
|
