PURPOSE: An IC titler for marking using a laser diode is provided to simplify a configuration because a focusing lens is constituted in a passage between a laser module and a scan head. CONSTITUTION: An IC titler for marking using a laser diode comprises a laser module(110), one or more beam mirrors(120), a beam shutter(130), a focusing lens(140), and a scan head(150). The beam mirrors align laser beams projected from the laser module. The beam shutter on/off-controls the laser beams projected from the laser module. The beam shutter prevents the laser beams being aligned while being reflected by the beam mirror in the state of a laser beam On from being leaked in the state of a laser beam Off. The focusing lens enlarges or reduces the interference of the laser beams penetrated through the beam shutter by being aligned by the beam mirrors at a desired size and focuses the laser beams. The scan head comprises a F-Theta Lens The F-Theta Lens projects the laser beams in which an interference control and focusing are completed to a glass substrate, thereby forming a 2D shape. |
