<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleanability of a gear pump by discharging a fluid, which leaks out to the outside of a gear housing from a rotating shaft part (shaft hole) protruding from the gear housing, together with a fluid which flows through an internal space of the rotating shaft and outside the gear housing. <P>SOLUTION: The gear pump includes: a gear; a gear housing which includes a gear accommodation part for accommodating the gear, and an inlet port and an exhaust port for a fluid, communicating with the gear accommodation part; and the rotating shaft which is attached to the gear and rotated integrally with the gear. The rotating shaft is a hollow rotating shaft, and the fluid flows in from one end of the rotating shaft and flows out from the other end of the rotating shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
