<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an underrun protector that can surely absorb the impact energy when colliding other vehicles in the vehicle and by the deformation behavior to which the energy absorber is steady. <P>SOLUTION: The underrun protector structure 3 of the vehicle 1 includes: a front underrun protector 5, a front underrun protector bracket 6, a cylindrical energy absorber 7, and a circular guide pipe 8. One end of the energy absorber 7 is fixed to the rear surface of the front underrun protector 5 and the other end is fixed to the front surface of the front underrun protector bracket 6. The guide pipe 8 is fixed to the front underrun protector 5 with its one end, and inserted the inside of the energy absorber 7, and the moving direction is restricted in the back and forth direction by a guide block part 12 that is fixed to the front underrun protector bracket 6.
