<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable printing of an attachment file of an electronic mail even by using an existing printer. <P>SOLUTION: A print server 104 is connected to at least one printer 105, and receives an electronic mail attached with a file. The print server stores a printer driver used in the printer and an identifier for identifying the printer while associating both with each other, about each of the printers; and identifies the printer driver corresponding to the identifier identifying the printer written in a title or a main text of the received electronic mail as a printer driver to be used. The print server uses the identified printer driver to produce print data from a file attached to the received electronic mail, and transmits the print data to the printer indicated by the identifier written in the title or the main text of the received electronic mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
