<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbofan jet engine with high design freedom of the number of teeth of a planetary gear compared with the conventional transmission mechanism, that can secure greatly the reduction gear ratio of the fan rotational frequency with respect to the turbine rotational frequency, and can drive the fan and the turbine each in a range of an optimal rotational frequency. <P>SOLUTION: A planetary gear disposed between an inner gear 61 and a sun gear 62 is a two-stage planetary gear consisting of planetary main gears 63 and planetary pinions 64 to be rotated concentrically and integrally so that the planetary main gears 63 may be engaged with the inner gear 61 and at the same time the planetary pinions 64 may be engaged with the sun gear 62. The planetary main gears 63 and the planetary pinions 64 are rotated around a fixed shaft 65 at a fixed position while being supported rotatably by the fixed shaft 65. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
