<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting system capable of enhancing a labor saving effect and efficiently sorting an object to be sorted. <P>SOLUTION: A sorting device 10 provided in the sorting system 1 includes: a sorting vehicle 24 loading the object 3 to be sorted from a main conveyance path 2 and traveling to a position of a corresponding conveyance cart 4; and a transferring and loading mechanism 25 provided in the sorting vehicle 24 and transferring and loading the object 3 to be sorted from the sorting vehicle 24 to the conveyance cart 4.
