<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic document feeder capable of suppressing omission of a rotation member regardless of the rotated position of the rotation member. <P>SOLUTION: A swing bracket 5 energizes a press roller 16 toward a conveyance path P side. A rotation shaft 160 of the press roller 16 is supported by a conveyance path frame 6 so as to be movable in a direction intersecting with the conveyance path P. The conveyance frame 6 has a pair of shaft support ribs 62 extending outward. Further, a rotation shaft 50 of the swing bracket 5 elastically deforms the shaft support ribs 62 so as to increase the interval between the shaft support ribs 62, and thereby both its ends are inserted into contact parts 62a of the shaft support ribs 62. Additionally, in the pair of shaft support ribs 62, the contact parts 62a formed at the free end side of the swing bracket 5 rather than at the held position of the rotation shaft 50 are connected to respective detachable external panels 8, thereby regulating the elastic deformation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
