PURPOSE: A bio sensing device using optical interference change characteristics caused by a surface plasmon phenomenon is provided to high-sensitively detect biochemical with a simple structure and to sensitively measure whether a detection object reacts or not using a method amplifying an intensity change caused by a change of a resonance angle. CONSTITUTION: A bio sensing device using optical interference change characteristics caused by a surface plasmon phenomenon comprises a beam splitter(120), a first mirror(130), a prism(140), and a second mirror(150). The first mirror reflects laser projected from the beam splitter again, thereby projects a reference wavelength to a photodetector through the beam splitter. The prism reflects the laser projected from the beam splitter and a sample in which a metal is coated on a surface of a measurement object on a specular surface of the prism. The second mirror reflects sample wavelengths to the photodetector through the prism and beam splitter. |
