A method for manufacturing a liner plate for a cement industry tube mill. The liner plate comprises a stamped liner plate base material formed by a common medium carbon steel plate, and an overlay welded layer formed on the liner plate base material. The method comprises arranging the liner plate on the inner side of the mill cylinder using a high strength sand-cement slurry, an epoxy resin or various inorganic adhesives as fixative agents, or by welding the same locally. The liner plate has the following advantages: under the same standard conditions, its service life is increased to 15000 to 20000 hours, its weight is reduced by 50%, and it saves steel by more than 50%. |
