<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head including a piezoelectric element having a piezoelectric layer in which occurrence of cracking is suppressed, and to provide a liquid ejection device and the piezoelectric element. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid ejection head I for ejecting liquid from a nozzle opening 21 comprises a piezoelectric element 300 including a piezoelectric layer 70 and electrodes 60, 80 provided on the piezoelectric layer.
