Provided are a device, system and method for non-contact security information interaction, the system for non-contact security information interaction comprising: a terminal used to set up the parameter configuration of a non-contact IC card programmable read-write device, and initiate information interaction with a server and the non-contact IC card programmable read-write device; and a non-contact IC card programmable read-write device used to communicate with the non-contact IC card and the terminal based on the preset parameter configuration, so as to complete the security information interaction. The device, system and method for non-contact security information interaction of the present invention enable the support and selection of multiple applications on the non-contact IC card programmable read-write device, and can execute online-based applications.
