<p>[Problem] To provide an ejection device, which has excellent maintainability, for a molding machine. [Solution] The ejection device is constituted from: a guide rail (8) affixed to the a movable die plate (7); an extrusion plate (5) that is guided by the guide rail (8) and moves backward and forward; extrusion pins (6) affixed to the extrusion plate (5); an electric motor (1) for ejection that is a drive source for the extrusion plate (5); ball screw mechanisms (2, 3) that convert the rotational motion of the motor (1) to the back and forth movement of the extrusion plate (5); and power transmission mechanisms (14, 15, 16) that transmit the rotational motion of the motor (1) to the rotating parts (2) of the ball screw mechanisms. The motor (1), power transmission mechanisms (14, 15, 16), and direct advance parts (2) of the ball screw mechanisms are affixed to the extrusion plate (5), and one end of each extrusion pin (6) is fastened by a nut (21) on the back surface side of the extrusion plate (5) when viewed from the movable die plate (7). The guide rail (8) is set to a length in which the leading end thereof does not protrude from the back surface side of the extrusion plate (5) when the extrusion plate (5) is moved back to the rearmost limit.</p> |
