<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device capable of achieving miniaturization and high definition without causing perceptibility of a display image to deteriorate. <P>SOLUTION: In an organic EL display device, a first electrode provided in a display area on a drive substrate comprises a lamination film having a second conductive film in a lower layer of a first conductive film (a reflection film), the second conductive film having lower reflectivity than the first conductive film. In a peripheral region, an electrode pad connected to the second electrode is provided, and this electrode pad includes a conductive film made of the same material as at least the second conductive film of the lamination film composing the first electrode. In the first electrode, a function of the first conductive film as the reflection film of the lamination film is shown, and in the electrode pad, external light reflection is suppressed by the conductive film made of the same material as the second conductive film having the lower reflectivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
