<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily retrieve a registered electronic file together with schedule information. <P>SOLUTION: When schedule information and an electronic file are transferred from a schedule server, an analysis server stores the electronic file in a predetermined storage part, and also generates meta data representing characteristics of the electronic file on the basis of the schedule information and stores the meta data in a meta data storage part. When a retrieval request for an electronic file is received from a user terminal, the analysis server retrieves meta data which matches or is similar to a retrieval key included in the retrieval request from the meta data storage part, and outputs the electronic file corresponding to the retrieved meta data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
