<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a television receiver which achieve the thickness reduction. <P>SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, an electronic apparatus includes: a housing 4; a case provided with openings 85, 101; multiple battery cells 61 housed in the openings 85, 101; and sheets 86, 102 covering the openings 85, 101.
