PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a fire in a building provided with an air conditioning system which takes outside air in.

SOLUTION: The invention provides the building comprising: a first opening/closing part arranged on an outer wall and introducing the outside air; a detection part for detecting occurrence of a fire; a control part for closing the first opening/closing part in response to that the detection part primarily detects the occurrence of the fire; and a determination part for determining the occurrence of the fire in response to that the detection part secondarily detects the occurrence of the fire. The detection part comprises a plurality of detectors, and at least one of the detectors has a higher sensitivity than other detectors and primarily detects the occurrence of the fire.
