<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring a camera state, capable of easily and accurately measuring the installation state of a stereo camera. <P>SOLUTION: A device 100 for measuring a camera state includes: a feature point detection unit 130 for extracting feature points from a captured image of a stereo camera concerning the installation state of the stereo camera; a measuring point designation unit 150 for receiving, among the featured points detected by the feature point detection unit 130, two designated points located on a reference surface from a user; a pair camera distance measuring unit 180 for acquiring pair camera distances d<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and d<SB POS="POST">2</SB>for the two points; a pair camera angle measuring units 190 for acquiring pair camera angles θ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, θ<SB POS="POST">2</SB>for the two points; a pitch angle calculation unit 200 for calculating a pitch angle θ<SB POS="POST">0</SB>based on d<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, d<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, θ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, and θ<SB POS="POST">2</SB>; and a camera height calculation unit 210 for calculating a camera height h based on d<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, d<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, θ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, θ<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, and θ<SB POS="POST">0</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
