<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference signal generating circuit capable of reducing a variable range of parameters necessary for correction of temperature characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A reference signal generating circuit comprises: a first non-linear element 1 for generating a first reference voltage; a second non-linear element 2 for generating a second reference voltage; a current controlling circuit 3 for controlling a current flowing through the first non-linear element 1 and the second non-linear element 2 on the basis of an output voltage Vo; and temperature characteristics adjustment elements 6-1 and 6-2 for separately adjusting temperature characteristics of the output voltage Vo of the current controlling circuit 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
