<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support user operations on a data object. <P>SOLUTION: In a data editing device 10, a data holding unit 12 holds a base indicating attributes of data and value of the data in association with each other for editing target data. A code acquisition unit 20 acquires a user code which is described in a first program language for describing editing contents of data by intensive notation and describes the editing contents based on the base for the editing target data. A code generation unit 22 generates an execution code described in a second program language for describing editing contents of data by extensive notation, from the user code according to a predetermined correlation between the first program language and the second program language.
