<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging element holding structure which is capable of reducing transmission of mechanical micro-vibration of an operation part to an imaging element during reading of a photoelectric conversion signal, and in which the imaging element is not damaged due to interference with peripheral components even when a severe impact is exerted. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging element holding structure comprises: the imaging element for converting an optical image of a subject to an electric signal; an imaging element holding member 510 for holding the imaging element; a fixing member 300 for fixing the imaging element holding member 510; a fastening member 600 for fastening the imaging element holding member 510 to the fixing member 300; and an elastic member 601 which is compressed and sandwiched between the imaging element holding member 510 and the fastening member 600. The fastening member 600 has a first abutment section for regulating a compression amount of the elastic member 601, and a second abutment section for regulating a movable range of the imaging element holding member 510 in an optical axis direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
