<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lower part structure that eliminates wind noise generated by travelling wind or airflow (wind) in travelling. <P>SOLUTION: A frame member 10 having a hollow cavity and disposed at the rear side of a front wheel T, is provided in an under-floor portion 1c.
