[Problem] To provide an answer processing device that is capable of appropriately processing an answer entered by a student. [Solution] The present invention comprises: an answer readout information storage unit (11) in which is stored answer readout information obtained from reading an answer sheet on which an answer is entered by a student, the answer sheet having an identification image placed thereon that is associated with student identification information of each student who has entered an answer; an answer sheet information storage unit (12) in which is stored answer sheet information indicating the state prior to entering of an answer of the answer sheet that is read to obtain the answer readout information; a difference acquiring unit (13) for acquiring difference-related information which is information relating to a difference between the answer readout information and the answer sheet information; a student identification information acquiring unit (14) for acquiring the student identification information associated with the identification image of the answer readout information for which the difference was acquired; and an answer information accumulating unit (17) for accumulating, in an answer information storage unit (16), answer information having the difference-related information acquired by the difference acquiring unit (13) and the student identification information acquired by the student identification information acquiring unit (14).
