摘要

PURPOSE: A digital x-ray image detector using an optical switching method is provided to improve the absorption rate of X-rays by using a conductive material for generating electrons and holes. CONSTITUTION: A scintillator is made of a material converting X-rays into visible ray. An X-rays PCL(320) absorbs the visible ray. The X-rays PCL generates electrons and holes.
