PURPOSE: A grinding apparatus is provided to reduce the grinding time and improve the accuracy through locating the surface of a specimen in parallel to a lower rotary plate by controlling the projected height of a specimen from a placing groove by a control unit. CONSTITUTION: A grinding apparatus comprises an upper rotary plate(10), an upper driving unit, a lower rotary plate, and a lower driving unit. A specimen is settled in a placing groove(11). The upper driving unit and lower driving unit rotate the upper rotary plate and lower rotary plate respectively. The upper driving unit and lower driving unit are installed with space. |
