PURPOSE: Red pepper paste with abalone, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the excellent color, taste, and flavor of the red pepper paste to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of red pepper paste with abalone comprises the following steps: separating the intestines from the flesh of the abalone, and steaming the abalone flesh at 100-110 deg C using a steamer(S1); finely slicing the steamed abalone flesh into 2-4 mm using a slicer(S2); drying the abalone slices at 95-105 deg C for 24-36 hours(S3); soaking the dried abalone slices in sweet fermented rice drink for 1-3 days, and dehydrating the abalone slices; aging the dehydrated abalone slices at 4-10 deg C for 8-72 hours(S4); mixing 100 parts of red pepper paste by weight, and 3-15 parts of abalone slices by weight(S5); and aging the mixture(S6).
