<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle configured such that a belt-shaped body is fastened to a male device, the fastening thereof is stably maintained when the male device and a female device are engaged, and the fastening thereof is released based on the release of the engagement between the devices. <P>SOLUTION: A fastening portion 14 of a male device M includes a turning member 140 having a free end side provided with a winding rod 140a for the belt-shaped body W. The female device F includes a restricting portion 11 positioned outside a fastening portion 14 when the female device is engaged with the male device M, and inhibiting the turning of the turning member 140.
