<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method and system which enables a user to easily constitute a community with others having no special relation to a desired spot. <P>SOLUTION: At a time t1, a request message is transmitted from a request terminal 1 to an acceptance server 3. At a time t2, a search for a report terminal 2 existing in a place, which is included in the message as a key, is requested from the acceptance server 3 to a reporter registration server 4. At a time t3, a search result is transmitted to the acceptance server as a return. At times t4 and t5, the message is transmitted from the acceptance server 3 to the report terminal 2 via a message server 6. At a time t6, a return message is transmitted to the message server 6.
