<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in balance among various characteristics such as flexibility, insulation properties, thermal conductivity, heat resistance and heat fusibility with a polar resin like a polycarbonate resin, and suitable for a sealant of radiation members or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition includes: a thermoplastic elastomer (A) including at least the following components (A-1) and (A-2); and an insulating inorganic filler (B) of at least either one among the following components (B-1) to (B-4). The component (A-1) is a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer. The component (A-2) is a styrenic elastomer and/or a hydride thereof. The component (B-1) is boron nitride.
